Gunnar S. Kaldal (ÍSOR) and Jón Einar Jónsson (ÍSOR) presented lectures at the SDG Short Course V on Geothermal Exploration, Drilling and Management, held by GRÓ-Geothermal Training Program and LaGeo in Santa Tecla, El Salvador, January 28 – February 10, 2024.

The COMPASS project and potential solutions for improved well technologies were presented. The audience were upcoming and senior geothermal professionals from all around central- and south-America, as well as from the Caribbean islands.
